REMEMBER MOM…

I don’t know about you, but I love an easy, throw-on dish you can serve quickly.  This one fits the bill AND is super tasty and good for you!  It’s kinda what mom told you, right?

Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 minced garlic cloves

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Place brussels sprouts in a grill pan and grill on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

I am SO addicted to these……how do you serve them?  Have you tried them roasted or grilled?  Are you still so scarred by your childhood experience with brussel sprouts that you cannot try this? heehee
