BANANA CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

You might notice a little “run” here on yummy, healthy items that are easy to make and actually good for you….I am obviously soooo hungry these days. Be sure to try these super easy muffies from Sally…..

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:

2 RIPE BANANAS
2 ORGANIC EGGS
1/2 CUP COCONUT FLOUR
2TBS AGAVE OR HONEY OR YOUR FAVORITE SWEETENER
1/3 CUP UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE CHIP ( OPTIONAL FOR TOPPINGS OR YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS) 
1 TSP BAKING POWDER

TO MAKE:

* PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F 
  1. SMASH BANANAS BY FORK ( SHOULD BE EASY BC THEY ARE SOFT ! )
  2. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL
  3. MIX WELL
  4. SPRAY MUFFINS MOLD AND POUR BATTER IN AND TOP WITH CHOCOLATE 
  5. BAKE FOR 15-17 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN
